Returns


We gladly accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

 

Please Note:

  • Customized Items: We do not accept returns on any items that have been personalized or customized, such as Minkles or blankets with added names or any other custom features.

  • Special Orders: We do not accept returns on special orders, including any crochet items or sewn items made specifically for you.
